Adding a Habit

Ready to start tracking a new habit? Here’s how:

  1. Open the app’s main menu and tap “Habits.”
  2. Tap the ”+” button.
  3. Choose the category this habit belongs to.
  4. Give your habit a name (e.g., “Go for a run” or “Read a book”).
  5. Use the slider to set its score (positive for good habits, negative for ones you’re trying to break).
  6. Hit “Save.”

Deleting a Habit

Need to remove a habit from your list?

  1. Go to the “Habits” screen.
  2. Find the habit you want to delete and long-press on it.
  3. Tap the trash icon at the top.
