Adding a Habit
Ready to start tracking a new habit? Here’s how:
- Open the app’s main menu and tap “Habits.”
- Tap the ”+” button.
- Choose the category this habit belongs to.
- Give your habit a name (e.g., “Go for a run” or “Read a book”).
- Use the slider to set its score (positive for good habits, negative for ones you’re trying to break).
- Hit “Save.”
Deleting a Habit
Need to remove a habit from your list?
- Go to the “Habits” screen.
- Find the habit you want to delete and long-press on it.
- Tap the trash icon at the top.
