Master the Game: Your Setup Guide

Remember, the goal is to make tracking your habits as quick and painless as possible. Once you’ve set up your categories and habits, logging an entry takes just 4 taps (we’ll cover that in the Daily Use guide).

Set up Habits

Habits are the specific actions you want to build (or break!). Each habit gets a score: positive for good habits, negative for ones you’re trying to ditch. For example, under “Fitness,” you might have “Went for a run” (+50) and “Skipped the gym” (-30).

Adding a Habit

  1. Tap the ”+” button on the “Habits” screen.
  2. Choose the category this habit belongs to (or select the last option to add a new one).
  3. Give your habit a name.
  4. Use the slider to set its score.

Start logging Entries

Once you have a few categories and habits set up, you’re ready to start Logging Entries and racking up those points!

Remember: Keep it simple, keep it consistent, and watch those positive changes add up!
